Getting billed after cancelling!!!

My account status shows cacelled, yet my credit card is still being billed. And to top it off, the zip file for chat support is corrupted. Also no phone number listed, to actually talk to a human being. Anyone know how I can go about rectifying this situation?

I would start here.

They responded pretty quick to my billing issue...and credited my account.
