Can't Login on launch screen

I get this in the log file:

I wish I was able to upload a picture, but...anyway I also get a pop up window that hhas some extra info in it but it pretty much shows the same thing as the log

Hello,
Are you behind a router? If so, could you check out
http://ryzom.com/forum/showthread.php?t=631
If you're running an ATI card, could you try making sure your version of DirectX is up to date, and then run ryzom_configuration_rd.exe in your main ryzom directory, and under the Display settings, make sure you're set to OpenGL rather thand Direct3D?

Not behind a router...and the video card is something that doesn't apply in this case, this error is after I type in my user name and password and click login...I am not even in the char create/select screen yet...well nice 14 day trial lol

Lol...well...just figured out that the shortcut placed on my desktop by the install program wasn't what I was supposed to use to login. I have to use the client_ryzom_rd.exe file to log in...very clever, very clever....bleh
Disregard my earlier post, everything works! and...bleh once again

It's located in your main Ryzom directory.
