I would like to thank Nevrax for listening to our complaints, even though not all of us were able to complain in a cool, composed manner (though I was impressed by the low percentage of flame posts compared to most MMO forums when this type of thing happens). I would also like to thank the CSRs, GMs, and Moderators for forwarding our feedback and putting up with us.

My account is already canceled, but I will come and try it out again after Tuesday's patch to see if it's improved enough for me to enjoy the game again.
