I have yet to see Pay Pal as an acceptable form of payment on any MMO. If you know of a major one, please let me know.

Aside from that you can use an atm/debit card which children can get with the permission of their parents.

Well congrats to them on being a first in that area. It's still not a normal form of payment accepted for online games.
