Where did the number of people in the forums item go? It was quite interesting to see that from the once 609 maximum viewers we had only 300ish were online when patch I hit...

Only reason I can think of removing it is that they don't want people extrapolating server populations by counting forum readers? Even then, thats so much guess work I can't imagine they would bother....

I would love to see someone try to make a hat out of plastic wrap. LOL

they removed all information which can give us an idea of the number of players of ryzom : first the number of forum members, then the right to see profile and now the number of members here.
it's a strange strategy i think...

How did you get to see the forums?

You subscribed and you logged in with your info.

The people who /cancelled subscriptions are unable to access forums again. Plain and simple. They are gone.....

Seems that every MMO does this after their player populations are no longer something to be proud of. Its a first aid measure to stop too many people from leaving (which will often happen because people will flock in a panic) so that the game has time to get back on its feet.

They also do this to prevent competitors of how they are doing. Aka Poker face (EQ did this way back in the day when they weren't having server population problems).
