How do I abtain a refund?

The games has been broken with patch 20. Since Nevrax broke it. How do I recieve a refund if I choose to leave the game?

Refund?
You know you pay ryzom to have servers up, not to have thegame like you want.

Well we also pay to have a game working..not only servers up....
