The difference between those who like it and those who dont

So ive been trying to like what theyve done to my favourite game but I cant.
So heres some observations Ive noticed.
1. Im an advanced forager and pulling 7-10 q110 mats a time is very easy with level 3 care plans and a crap load of focus. Foraging now is completely different to before and tbh u only need the core skills and as much focus as you can buy. Dont bother investing too many points in Will, its pointless.
Alot of the items you can spend your points on are now a waste of time.
For that reason Ive ticketed for a reset so I can put the points into just that.
2. Crafting is not really different to before, however you can sell your wares through the NPC sellers, only problem is there quality specific so you have to go to the town that has that banding. They should have created it so u could access all levels of player kit rather than having to travel to the outer towns. There on the right idea though. Also the NPCs price is way to cheap for the effort.
3. There is a major distinguish between those that can and cant play, those ppl who have there main chosen skill over level 100 are not fairing too bad. All those ppl under 100 are struggling.
Now no offense but those who are 100+ are the addicts and so really like the game beforehand and tbh were unlikely to quit after any type of patch. These ppl are not suffering the problems that the lower level players are and are taking any reference to faults in the game personally and I have witnessed some poor behaviour from those individuals. Well done guys, how to alienate the player base of the game you profess to want to support.
4. Bugs, alot more thats for sure. Gingos that if attacking in group will suddenly double rate of attack. Aggros that will lock onto you and come after you on burst from over 50m. Invisible walls galore. Spell failure and on and on.
5. Death Penalty - I get 54k a death, before I could clear it in 7-9 forages or 5 scary gingos. Now I die alot more and find myself filling pack after pack with mats to removing DP where I get about 3k removal a pull. DP averages 104k to 308k so it can take hours. They need to cut the DP system inline with XP and reduce it bu 75%. Ive been flooding the markets in 3 races with mats and crafted items, it will ruin the economy.
Nuff said.

First...Just because someone has a skill over 100 doesn't mean they aren't suffering the same problems others are. I have my forage over 100. But my melee is down in the gutters. So ya know what? I suffer the same problems with melee as anyone else.
Second...Just because someone has a skill over 100, doesn't make them an a**hole. Just because a few people have ruined it for you, don't tar all of us with the same brush.
Third...The Devs are working to even things out, to fix the problems. I've seen you whinging all over the place, but I think I must have missed where you said why.

First......Forage is my only skill over 100 so im suffering too.
Second..No ones ruined it for me but Neverax themselves, read the post im talking about some high level ppl ive seen answering lower level players. NOT ME. Arschloch.
Thirdly..If the devs go ahead and screw a game up they persuaded me on an earlier version to commit to paying monthly for and change it just after theyve taken the first months charge. Then it is our goddamn right (I think ull find that goes for the majority of the pop) to get fed up and express it. However if you ask the CSRs you will find that I have been submitting bugs and suggestions galore to try and get this game back on track. However in 3 days they still havent even indicate to me that they can return my full packer to me lost in one of their bugs.
FINALLY DID I TOUCH ON A NERVE !

I'm level 40 in the game, and the patch has made the game much harder BUT I got to re-allocate my skills better and this has balanced the overall dificulty for me. However...
The patch means I have to work more with others, but because Clan Omnis is such a great Guild with helpful high levels PCs, I actually feel more involved in the game. So characters over level 100 interacting with level 50 types :- great! It motivates me to help the newbies.
Its just a pity that if I stroll more than 1km from the gates of Pyros then I'm toast. But thats always been the case for us low levels. The game has simply gone from flippin hard to frikin hard. The player interaction just about balances out the lack of meaningful quests/missions.
To conclude: Everything is on a fine line between different & interesting versus difficult and boring, for all levels.

Actually its the other way around. Most of the people that claims combat is fine/fun/whatever are low level people. In the 100+ game its hard, high lvl melee die in 1-2 hits, affliction mages are useless, and us healers cant do ANYTHING but watch the team bar, hoping to be able to react fast enough when someone gets hit to heal them before they go into yoyo mode (die, get healed, die, get healed) Think the record was the same person dieing 15 times on ONE mob

Have to admit after being just kicked solid soloing and when teaming with the italians getting just 1k a kill on average, I have stayed away from melee (magic just being pointless at lvl 42). However I know that for high level foragers like me we have it much much easier that lower level. I know because I have foraged in Tryker and Fyros just to compare.
Sounds like its more borked than I realised

the difference between who like it and those who dont is:
1) who likes it is a masochist, likes pain, thrives on death penality and wishes their life be even more complicated, because mainly they are bored of their normal life and got nothing to do and considers themselves 'strong' because they prove they can take the shaft in a stupid game.
2) who doesn't like it is generally a normal person, who works, or studies, and swats their butt off every day to maintain their home, family, get a decent pay at work or get good grades, that when sits down at the computer is pretty fed up of fighting and working and just wants to relax, escape some from reality and have fun playing a game.
so for all of you that likes challenges, feels 'strong' because they can take a game bad sides and feels good grinding.... get a job, or get more involved in the game called REAL LIFE. in few words... get a life.

Hmm, u see, i am a student at university so i study. I have a part time job so i work. I have a pretty active social life so, i guess i have a life too. Yet i seem to like ryzom.... how odd. Am i doing something wrong ? I am pretty sure many people work and have lives yet manage to enjoy ryzom.
Dont stereotype.
I could attack you on a personal level over a game, but i will not stoop to your level ...

You might wanna rethink that second one. I work 40+ hours a week as does my husband and a majority of my guild members. So your assesment is a pile of toss.

SO! you swat your butt off 40 hours per week then you want to come home and you want to workworkworkworkworkwork more to grind a boring game killing 3000 yubos to get a fighter level? or dying 200 times accumulating 300k dp then work work work work to get it cleared?
if that isn't masochism what is called?
