Game Balancing

Hi, I am a Newbie.
I just finished registering last night and started playing. Logged on, and created a Fyros character. I skimmed the manual, then talked to the Welcomer for the first mission, the tour. When finished with that, I have my first assignment of killing a Suckling Yubo, supposedly the easiest of the mobs. Even the manual says that I should have no problem killing it, and level up rt away.
After 3 deaths later, I was getting really frustrated. I would hurt it only about 10hp when I died. And magicking it doesnt help either. I have no daps, no skills, no strengths, and a huge death penalty. That's when a nice guy named Mal something came and offered me assistent, because I was screaming bloody murder to the general immediate area. He teamed me and helped me kill my first yubo which completed my mission, wished me luck, and was well on his way. I used my first skill points to up my Strength from the fighter trainer. Then I went back to the Welcomer. The 2nd Mission? To kill a Weening Gringo.
I tried to stick to killing Sucking Yubo, but I just could not hurt it. At all. After a few more deaths later, with the Suckling Yubo standing on his hindlegs peeing on my Refugie ragged corpse, I decided that there's no way I can kill this thing at the current stage, no matter how lucky I get.
I have read some of the other threads, and apparently this is due to a recent patch. I understand that it is important for a game to be at least challenging, and I don't know how easy the game was before or what it was like before the patch, but it is way too difficult as it stands last night, especially for new comers.
Anyway, I started foraging to get the Death Penalty off and to make some daps to buy better equipments with. 1000 daps later, I realized a girl was following me around watching me extract around the base. I asked her what sup? and she asked if I could hold something for her. I asked why? She said because her Great Aunt died and left it to her and it's really heavy. I said sure, what is it? She said a bag of jewels, and gave me a huge amount of daps. I was shocked. So I asked her, why are you doing this? She told me she was leaving the game because the patch made it too hard and not fun anymore, and that crafting is very costly and caused you to lose money. She said that she have a feeling that the Nevrax devs team have great artist and writers, but they have very poor sense of game design. I agreed mostly with her, namely that it shouldn't be impossible for a newbie to get started, and that the game need to be balanced or it just isn't fun.
After she left, I used her money to buy the best heavy armors and weapon that I can use from the traders. Cost about 50000 total. Only then can I go and start killing those Suckling Yubo.
Needless to say, with out those two people to help me (thanks guys!), Mal to help me kill that first S.Yubo and Ya with the money, I would not have gotten into the game at all. And I am very lucky.
So if any devs read this, please consider balancing the monsters out and the crafting penalties. Or I have a feeling that you'll lose a lot of subscriptions and turn away a lot of new comers.
Thanks for listening!
