Easy answer .. stop reading the complaints.

But how can we play the game then, if we've all gouged our eyes out with rusty spoons?

Seems the only way to avoid the flaming arguments nowadays, besides boycotting the forums altogether.

Heh heh well I’m not going to stop until something is done or I quit (which is looking more likely) I have tried all areas solo i.e. Magic, Harvest and Melee and this patch 1 has sucked the fun out of that side for me. So never stop complaining, everyone should complain we are paying for this remember, If ppl didn't complain we would all still be peasants under a feudal system.

A what ever if you want to roll over and take it lying down do so I don't!

Stop you don't want me to say:

-Outland suppliers - no longer buy stuff
-Mission values have dropped to the point where the reward is less than the resale vaule of the items.
-Mobs no longer drop mission mats.
-Some of the descriptions in stanzas are wrong. (Ql50 extracts says extract materials of ql20 and no greater)
-Mob attack animations now stick in a loop (headbanging messabs - look very funny).
-I am yet to find away to sell 'junk' it all seems to add to my limited personal sales list. Who will buy my ql17 messab skin?
-I am suffering crashes in town and on turning.
-Like everyone I have very bad lag (to be expected after a patch, hope it stops soon)
-I a struggling to understand the new harvest system.
-I hunting system is not really an option for me as I am forced to group to stay alive.
-Magic is great, if you wana be a magic user.

I understand that we have an ATS server, this I am sorry to say should be renamed 'preview of what we will release regardless'.

I am not whinning - I am upset.

I dedicated a huge amount of time and energy to Beta Testing this game. One month after release they have changed every aspect of it.

Magic - reduced SPs, increased damage/heal
Harvest - no comment - its being said everywhere else
Craft - Introduction of up to ql50 mats, followed by distruction of mat supply.
Fight - Changes to the mob balance has a direct effect on the fighter.

So the histroy goes:

Closed beta - stuff gets done.
Beta 1 - everyone has great fun, but levels way too fast due to the 'tickle to death' XP system.
FBT - 2.5 months balancing magic/fight and XP system, .5 month on general issues.
Beta 2 - every is a bit indifferent but people are still having fun.
Release - Areas of weakness found, If players spend all day playing they hit the maximum levels in a month.... ALL trees (craft, magic, fight, forage)

Solution - patch 1
Soon to be followed by bandaid 1.1

People who "complain" are supporting the game. People who dont, arent. Its because people take the time to lay out their complaints that the game can be fixed. Of course, this can include the game being nerfed. But generally, games are nerfed because the devs are clueless, devs nerf areas of a game that the players get the most fun from. Its always like this.

People who complain about complainers should thank them for taking the time to make an informative post. Unlike themselves who are simply wasting space.

I dont have anything against complains but i have much against mentality of people who say "i quit", "I cancel subscription" etc ... on FIRST day of Biggest patch in retail ryzom lol..

Yes there is mistakes first of all is that this is too much changes at once all this will be much better if added little bit at time, there was URGENT need to fix BLIND spell and that waited on patch.. this was mistake, spell rebalance, fight rebalance skill whip all in same time .. my good whever take decisions at ryzom team really needed to think about all what this will do.

I'll post whatever I like !!
