I can see some problems with this: you can get big amounts of xp using multiple spot prospecting and then letting it to be extracted by a few team- or guildmates.
I can see some problems occur when high/low level harvesters work together
Suggestion: Can't the xp gained from each "action" be determined by the % of the total focus used?
I'll give an example:A prospecter uses 300 focus to prospect 3 sources, 3 other harvesters extract (using 800 focus each) and 3 ppl apply careplans (1000 focus each). So the total amount of xp recieved will be: 5.3% of the xp pool for the prospecter, 17.5% for each person who applied care, and 14,1% for each harvester.
If xp would be equally shared, a harvester just could stand near the gate of Pyr for example, prospect good sources for all the harvesters around and get xp like crazy. The harvesers will be happy to since they'll get good sources, good mats wich gives them some cash to buy a bit better gear.
