Ryzom

When I try to log in I get a "Error: patch files failed" message. Is something busted, or is the patch just not ready yet? Is there a way I could have known without coming here? The error message is a bit unhelpful.

I get exactly the same message and it's getting annoying

Okay I got it to work, try this. Go to the main ryzom directory, find a .exe file named Ryzom_Recover click on it and then wait for it to finish doing what it wants to. After its done go back and you should be able to download the patch. It worked for me

I got all patched but when I try to log in I get "shard not available", yet the server status page says the server is up.

Is this something wrong on my end or is the server status page wrong?

Getting the same thing.. Real nice code work.. =P

Same issue here, wierd though when it shows the available servers to connect to, north american is there and available, but next screen after "I Agree" I get same message.

same troubel here i cant log in after the patch eather, am i doing something wrong? please help

ditto. I get the same "Shard is not available" message. I guess they are still updationg serverside and the server is down, at least half-way anyway.
