Notes item, what does this mean?

. When using a zone effect or a double effects action spell, a wearing effect happen once on item / armor / focus. However, if you fight with 2 weapons it will have a wearing effect your armor twice (once per weapon)

I'm not sure if that got jacked in translation or what, and for some reason we're STILL waiting for the offical posting of the REAL patch notes (vs. story notes).

Does anyone have any idea what this is trying to say?

it basically means the following:
cast 1 bomb = 1 wear action on the whole equipment
cast 1 double missile = 1 wear action on the whole equipment
cast 1 heal = 1 wear action on the whole equipment
attack with 1 sword = 1 wear action on the whole equipment

attack with 2 daggers = 2 wear actions on the whole equipment
attack with 1 dagger and 1 sword = 2 wear actions on the whole equipment

...if you're using two weapons.

if you're using a 2h, 1 1h, or magery, you're fine.

but using dual daggers already sucked cause of your hpm.
55 hpm used to = 55 wears.
55 hpm now = 110 wears.

at least that's what it sounds like.

gg close combat, no re. :P

Bummer. I've been tuning my attacks based on the monsters, using 1h and a dagger, and sometimes two daggers. Now I'm hearing there's no point to having two weapons, if you want to keep armor around?

I'm really trying not to get jaded by the boards, but it's getting hard. Maybe I need a break from them. :)
