jayne, i am willing to pm one of the gms and give them a hint to look at this thread, what community have you been part of?

the reason is firstly i did email them but never got reply,secondly if i never filled out reg correctly y is it ive been playing it for 3 weeks after the 1 week plus the 6 months was taken out of my visa so thats bs about not filled it in correctly,plus i triple check my reg all time an habit of an regular army sgtUnregistered wrote:why the hell dont you just email them?

How to get your SoR account activated in 3 steps:
Error 53 means you don't have access to the shard, and in most cases this is because the registration process wasn't properly finished and your billing information wasn't entered or validated on Bibit's page. Now here's how to get your account running:
(1) Log in the profile page ( http://www.ryzom.com/profile ) with your login and password.
(2) If your account requires a payment, you'll see a red warning message on top of the page along with a button titled "Update your billing information".
(3) Click on it, it will take you to Bibit's page where you'll need to enter your payment information.
* If your account is unsubscribed and you've never played, first click on the "Reactivate your account" button that shows up at the top, and then repeat the process described above at (2).
* If you closed the browser when you were on Bibit's page and you don't see the "update your billing information" button, scroll down to the transactions area, and cancel the last transaction. The button will appear and you can repeat the process described above at (2).
General advice:
---------------
- Please make sure that you've selected the right payment method on Bibit's page.
- Enter the "Name card holder" EXACTLY as it appears on your credit card.
- If you keep getting refused by Bibit, please get in touch with a CS so they can determine what exactly is causing this.
If after all of this you still can't get your account activated, please email billing-na@ryzom.com.

I cannot PM you as it's disabled on your end. I see that you are on the EE server so I cannot comment on the emails you may have sent, since I am from the NA server. However, I was able to look at your account and it says that you are cleared to log on. I do see some oddities with the billing previously, that may have prevented you from loggin on. Give it a try today, it should work.
