Ole Hollows Eve event question ?

I have a very simple question...the holloween event will people be allowed to tell stories or is there a set event where a performing group of sorts will be spinning the tales?

I've spun a tale of my own and would really like to participate and would like to know who i need to speak to to become part of the festival.

I'm sure even if it's not a specifically set aside time, then there will be opportunity to do it, and probably several who have things for it.

I'll join you as well, to share some things and listen, even if no one else does!

This is a community event. All homins are quite welcome, and assuming we do not run out of time, everyone who has a tale to tell will be granted an opportunity to scare the other homins out of their wits.
