Cerest, is this true patch time?

Sooo, over on one fo the other boards is
this little gem, posted by their liason...
so is the patch going to be on 1 AM Nov 3, or will it be at 9 PM Nov 2? (unless it was a fast patch, I'd prefer to wait, since 9 would be about in the middle of my play evening.
)

The note comes from the German GM and says THE patch I comes wednesday next week. Patch notes will follow.
