The Saga of Ryzom - Customer Service Poll

Hello everyone,

I am conducting a survey on several MMO's customer service. The involved games are:
  • The Saga of Ryzom
  • City of Heroes
  • Lineage 2
  • Final Fantasy XI

This study will poll the players and will collect the first 50 responses from each game. The results gathered will be compared and posted soon after the survey is complete. Thanks for participating!

you would have to post this in each community seperately as every community has it's own, seperate customer support company

It will only be based off of each game's NA community.

Just so it's easier for me to calculate and because some of the other games don't have other communities or don't allow access to them.

what kind of info do you need? I have played all but lineage 2 for all those games.

It has been absolutely HORRID! Ok, not really.

In fact, it is the best customer service I've ever experienced in an MMO (and I've played them all to significant levels/status).

While I don't like the answers I usually get, the way and speed in which they're delivered is great :)

Well, the customer service for COH is nonexistant. You call for a gm and you'd be lucky if they respond by next week. They then tell you that theres nothing that can be done. Period. If you have a technical problem they tell you to go to a webpage where questions are answered. However you have to wait for answers to be posted.

FFXI customer service is a little speedier, however you get a japanese gm that barely speaks english. He usually doesn't or can't help you and if you try to argue with him, he tells you he doesn't understand. You don't really get service in FFXI, you get a runaround most of the time.

Ryzom customer service is great. Within minutes of putting in a ticket I get a response. Usually they are very helpful or can point you in the right direction to get help. Unfortunately they can't do anything about what bugs in the game do to you and ask you to be patient and wait for the next patch. They need to give gms more power and more authority to do simple little fixes.
