Since your software firewalls are off, what about possible hardware firewalls in your router? Do you have them turned off?

ok are you hooked up like this?(hardware router)

-----MODEM------BOX(hub/router)-----computer

or like this(no hardware router)

-----modem------Computer

if you have a hardware router open a dos window then type

ipconfig

you should see something like this

Ethernet adapter Local Area connection:

Connection-specific DNS Suffix: text
ip address:some numbers
subnet mask:some numbers
Default Gateway:192.168.0.1 (this is an example)

The gateway is your router write down that number and open a web page

type: http://192.168.0.1 (use the number you wrote down previously)

and you should be able to access your router.

Make sure you reboot after installing, it might give windows the nudge it needs to allow for a port to be open.

If not, when I connect to Ryzom it uses port 40916 so you could try opening that port.
