Run the configuration program from your start menu or from the Ryzom folder and check the graphics setting. Note that you also might need to play around a bit with a few other graphics option (shaders, AGP, etc.) in case these older cards do not support it.

Look closer ;) General graphics section, there are buttons for "Auto-detect", "Open-GL" and "DirectX".

There's a configuration program that is in the root menu of the game...look under Ryzom and you'll see it. Run it, switch to OpenGL, and then enjoy the fact your character will look like a mountain under all the screwed up polys. Try playing in Zorai land to start with; D3D for some reason in that environment works.

Radeon 9000 Mobility isn't exactly 4 years old to the moron who said that, btw.

Is there any wonder this game isn't selling when anything below a Radeon 9500 doesn't work well with it? Alieniating half of your user base before you get to the starting line really ain't brilliant.
