i was thinking hidden events would be cool. kinda like these find the "missing person(s)" mission but the event isn't just announced getting a bunch of players out looking for them. instead have something that a player could happen upon and would have to decide wether to help or not without knowing that there is actually a reward.

you could even have players volunteer to play as part of the event.
like you could put hints ingame through npcs that a player has been attacking their village and has stolen a valuable item. if the player is killed and the item returned then there would be a reward. so, for a while this player would become attackable. since they would be volunteers they would have to obey certain rules of the event. stay within a certain area, no loging off or teleporting to try and escape, and obviously, fight if attacked.

now to stop players from exploiting the events by just telling their friends is to just limit their knowlege to just the rules they must obey.

maybe even have guild wars/battles as well.

anyway, just an idea i thought would be kinda fun. i really do like the idea of helping someone that happens by asking for my help and i end up completeing an event and wining dapper, items, or fame. even if it just ended up with me getting my name up as an event winner that would be pretty cool. this would also encourage players to be more helpful to those that may need their help.
