Ryzom

I can't seem to connect to Ryzom, net is working fine, shows IP addy, but to no avail, I can't connect. It sits at the connecting screen and it doesn't move, I had one error but it said something about a code 7 error, but then I checked to see, and I had no connection then, but after i fixed that, it just sits at the connecting screen, can someone tell me if this is a big problem that i might have to re-install the game?

Yeah, same thing, I was in game then got the please wait screen, logged out, managed to come back in, and it immediatly went to the please wait screen...
