It seems that the game producers have overlooked something, i wonder if you agree. While im pounding on a mob i use stamina every time i swinn my weapon, if i run out of stamina my guy just stands there.

How come monsters don't have stamina?...seems they can stand there all day pounding away at you without ever tiring.

Anyone else agree ?

Get HP credits or a healer that can heal both HP and stamina. Doing both means you can pound away on MOBs all day and night ;)

oops misread it. Yeah what that last guy said. I would just get more strength and balance for more stamina and stamina regen.

They do. Watch your combat log and every now and then you will get a message that says you got a critical hit, followed by the hit detail, followed by a message along the lines of "You remove nn stamina from suckling yubo."

Now, whether or not the mobs stamina is a factor in the fight is something I've yet to determine.

All self heal spells are on the same timer. You can use 1 of the 4 ever x amount of seconds.

get attack after dodge if you use dodge mode. It's great and a free alternative if you tank or solo. Mix it all together and use multiple hotkeys for whatever situation you are in. HP credits are great for groups because the mage will not need to heal stamina as much. I use dodge armor and dodge about 75-80% of the attacks done to me by mobs of my same lvl. Find out what your healer is best suited for if you are grouping.

Also, Heavy Armor might not be for you -- the action penalty eats up Stam, Focus and Sap. Or you may want to go naked on a piece or two of it to cut down the penalty.

Sometimes, I fight naked if there's little risk of death and I have a healer handy. I always have stam, but as one might expect, I take more damage. However, I dodge more, so it tends to almost even out.

However, it feels silly X.x

Actually if you're using heavy armor attack after parry is a better credit set as you're likely to be better off using parry instead of dodge - there have been a number of posts on parry's advantages with heavy.

That said, the OPs point about monsters never running out of stamina is a good one - I've spent a lot of time as a ranged pipshooter outlasting gingo attacks. Never once have I seen them stop using their specials (blind, or double damage).

One thing also ... combat while fairly simple does require some thought. It is not meant for you to bang out the biggest hits all day long ... especially solo on a mob well above your level.

Try editing your skills more so you have a high stamina use one for when you have a healer to help out .

A mid stamina for being in a decent group where you dont need the high damage and save some stamina for that unfortunate add that pops up.

A low stamina that you can kill off a mob without burning all of your stamina on.

Also edit your self heals ... you can put a self heal hp into a self heal stamina so if you are worried about it you can hit both. Downside is that it will be smaller heals on both.

Adding the hp credit or switching almost entirely to a hp credit may work for you also if you have the highest self heal for hp you can.
