your cpu is very slow, and just meets the minimun, and the radeon 9600 pro is an okay card but wont do much
heyy radeon 9600 runs mighty fine!
I agree with the rest though, 256mb just will have you running around in towns frame by frame. You need at least 512mb and even then it will still chug.
I have 1gb of ram and it can get very fpsy in towns at peak times when more players are on.
