ANS: Yes, no music at the moment. You'll probably be hearing it real soon though. (In a coming patch I remembered)
Unregistered wrote:2. i was wondering if once you go into melle fighter at 20 is there another branch later on like there was as 20 which went range/melle? something to make yourself diffrent?
Yes, definitely, you'll get to create a super unique character. Unless of course you played long enough for everyone to get to Level 250 at everything. (Ney, I doubt that will happen, something new will appear by then)
Unregistered wrote:3. is there any kind of titles or is every fighter that uses ranged clled a ranged fighter?
The titles got pretty interesting later on. I've been seeing titles like "Destroyers", "Mentalist", "Warlocks", etc. I am sure there are more than that.
Unregistered wrote:4. do all the fighters end up the same? they say you make your own class but to me it seeems like if 2 people lvled to 250 in ranged they would end up the same. i hope im wrong here.
Well, yes and no. Yes if you branched into everything. No if you branched in L250 With Master Pike, while your friend could be doing L250 with Range
Unregistered wrote:5.quests quests quests? i know these are comin but when exactly?
Again, I faintly heard something coming for Patch 1 or 2. Anyway, I had a great time with my guild, came up with meaningful missions that not all AI Quest are capable of giving. e.g. Help 20 Zorais cross Bounty Beach to Liberty Lakes, etc.

Need a group? just shout in chat. You'll be mass hunting in no time. Even better, join a guild.

Hi,
To elaborate a bit on the answers to a couple of your questions:
1.there was no music.
Music will be included in patch 1 which is on the test server right now. It is due to go live almost any day now.
4. do all the fighters end up the same? they say you make your own class but to me it seeems like if 2 people lvled to 250 in ranged they would end up the same. i hope im wrong here.
Even if 2 players leveld to 250 in the same skill, say, Master Pike, there are more skill choices and upgrades available than you will have the skill points for, so each pike master will be the result of the choices the player madefor him. In addition, even if both players purchased *exactly* the same skills, both players have the ability to customize those skills to their own personal preferences. Ryzom has possibly the most flexible skill system of any game out there (some say AO is more flexible) so it is a sure bet that no 2 characters will ever be copies of one another.
Hope this helps.

You do pick one skill at a time, but at least there is a box that comes up with a full description of the skill, and you have to click a confirmation in that box before you actually "buy" it.

So is anything happening for pre-release Beta testers that didn't have a chance to buy the game due to geological restrictions (very strange for an online game but at least it has now been rectified).
You should be able to upgrade your BETA account once you got a CD key.
I think you can buy the CD Key from Jolt once that is done, DL the client, install it and hit the "upgrade beta account" button - that should give you access to the special animation and also grant you ATS access.

'[Oscarian wrote:']I played Beta also. I saw on the website just before release that Beta testers that pre-ordered would get some extra benifits, eg access to test server, etc.
"Great" I thought after I found out I couldn't purchase/download the game.

I didn't pre-order but I still got my beta goodies.
Typing /fbt lets you act out your own special move.
You get a nice funky title Elder of Atys to!

Okay so now I bought the game. When I go to upgrade my beta account, it doesn't accept my key. Any clues?

The keys are case sensitive, so make sure you're typing in the uppercase/lowercase letters as they appear on the package.
