Graphics Glitch

Hey...
Went out and bought the game... Gotta play, wee all going well, untill I move my cursor to the edges of the screen, wtf ? Graphics glitch, everything is totally wierd, like just a lot of pixels messed totally up, when I move the cursor back into the middle of the screen, the glitch disappears.
I need some help on this please, what must I do to fix it ?
I run with a ATI Radeon x800xt pci-express gfx card if that is any help, and I am using the catalyst 4.9 driver.
