Ryzom

I am new to this game and I have been looking for information on skills. Other games I have played of this type often have a player developed character planner which describes exactly what the effect/cost of a skill is and what level it is available at. Does Ryzoom have such a tool?

If not, is there a static list of all the available skills somewhere that I can look at?

The next big patch is going to change some things about skills and how much they cost, so even if there is a character planner out there some where, it will be undergoing changes soon.

Question?

If the skills and cost are changing, are we allowed to rebuy stuff. or is that WAY to much trouble and or not really a way to do that.

any info would be cool.
