Has anyone else noticed patches of translucent pulsating slime, appearing around the Lakelands recently ?

They have always been there, Goo is Purple and does damage to you if you stand in it. Ask any Zorai
Not sure what they are... but there are usually good materials around them.
Anyone ever wondered what the burning leaves(?) that fall from the Matis sky are?
