first of all, since you written the serial number here someone has probably used it by now, if it is a valid serial code, and thus your copy is now worthless...
otherwise you have to explain more where you get the error and what it says, if its error 53 there are several threads about this problem.
and there are email addresses to nevrax support if you cant find the answer yourself...

If you're trying to register for the North American region, try sending an email with your CD key and a description of your problem to
billing-na@ryzom.com and they should be able to help you. If you're not, choose one of the appropriate EU emails - French:
billing-fr@ryzom.com English:
billing-ee@ryzom.com German:
billing-de@ryzom.com
You definitely shouldn't give that key out to anyone other than Nevrax support.
