Tryker Seeks Guild

Hello! Today I got my character Korendil (on Windermeer server, if that matters) to the mainland and thought, 'Well, now would be a good time to find a guild.' My experience has been that grouping > soloing, and well! people don't seem too outgoing as far as grouping goes, and I don't want to run around spamming regional for the rest of my life. I'd much rather spam guild chat! Just kidding. 
Although, I will be excessively conversational for a while... I am suffering from Linkshell withdrawal and really need some people to talk to while I adjust to having left my FFXI guild. 
My 'Credentials':
-Level 31 Melee fight. I've been using a keen sword & dagger combo for weaponry, and have focused on Increased Damage, Increased Accuracy, Bleeding, and After Parry. I think I'll have to start learning some pike skills too, though. There seem to be many nasty monsters out there who sort of shake off my weak slashes. Melee fight will be my main focus.
-19 Crafting. I've bought Tryker Melee Weapons 2, Brok Staff, Tryker Dagger, Lance, and Sword. However, I could pretty easily change direction and go down any crafting branch at this point if it would suit the needs of a guild. I think that crafting is pretty cool, but I haven't worked on it much because it requires me to use
-14 Harvest, which is really not much fun for me. I do not like to harvest. At all. Sadly, this limits my ability to craft a LOT at least until they patch in the player vendors so that purchasing mats will become viable. If you like to harvest, please be my friend.
-Past MMO Experience: NexusTK, 61 Muse. Also, on FFXI I played a Taru (also named Korendil) who was a level 30 THF/WAR and a level 48 BLM/WHM, with fully leveled subjobs as a matter of course.
-Playtime: I am a student, and as such my time is limited. During the week I can play from 6-9 PM most days, but this is unreliable at best and often schoolwork will prevent me from playing at all. My real playtime is during the weekends, when I can invest many many hours most of the time. My timezone is Eastern Standard Time.
-Will Continue to Level! Please don't discard me out of hand because I am low level. If you have a really cool guild that also has level reqs, please tell me about it so that I may struggle to improve myself and gain admitance. =)
What Kind of Guild I Am Looking For
-Kami-friendly, please. I met my first Kami today and it was just so much cuter than those creepy Karavan folks with their wannabe Darth Vader suits. Support the Kami pls, kthx.
-Has a strong Tryker presence. I've heard about the multi-racial guilds that are cropping up and I think they are very cool, but I'd be concerned if most of the membership was noplace near me. I want to group with my guildies. =(
-Roleplay? I'd like to roleplay casually, and I've had experience doing that in the past (see Nexustk, ahahah). I don't think there are many Tryker RP guilds out there, so I'm not specifically looking for one... but if there ARE any that have decent membership and aren't utterly pretentious in style =p that'd be lovely.
-Emphasis on exploration! Let us take up arms and forge paths through the untamed wilderness, even if someone else has in fact been there before us. -_-
-And finally: Again, I AM a casual player by neccessity. I would love to join a hardcore guild, but uh yeah. Wouldn't want people to be hating on my funny-looking little Tryker self because they were under illusions about how much time I can devote to guild functions (though, hypothetically all the playtime I /do/ have could be so dedicated).
