Hi -- thanks for purchasing The Saga of Ryzom.

To fix a problem with your CD Key, first try to enter the key in ALL CAPS. Make sure the zeros are zeros and not big O's. Check to make sure l isnt 1.. etc.

If none of that works, please contact billing support asap, so they can get this resolved for you.
