The billing is Open !

This is it; the day has come and billing is reopened ! To go with this occasion, we've made a FAQ covering some questions that we have been asked the most.
* How do I subscribe?
It's simple! Just visit this page and log in to your account profile, then click on the "Sign Up..." button !
* What will happen if I decide to not pay anymore?
Once your free time runs out, you will not be able to connect to the game or our live support chat (CeB) or post on the forums, but you will however still be able to access your account profile. Your account and all of your characters will be saved with us and you can always come back (by resubscribing in your profile page) to find all of your stuff just as you left it.
* What happens if I pay before the end of my free time?
You will be charged immediately, but you will keep the remainder of your free time. For example, if you have a week of free time left and you pay for one month, you will be charged immediately but your next payment will be in one month and one week.
* Why not wait until the last moment to pay?
Access to the game is only given once payment has been confirmed by your bank, or once the money has been received (by PayByCash for example). This may take between a day and a week (or possibly even more) depending on the payment method and your bank. This means that if you wait until you only have two free days remaining, but your bank takes a week to validate your payment, you will be without access to the game for five days (ie, one week minus two days). Therefore you should resubscribe early enough to ensure that you don't lose access to the game because of this possible delay. Remember that if you pay "early" you will still get all of your free time
* Why should I pay by Bibit?
Bibit takes VISA, and there is the advantage that there is no extra charge and you can set payments to be recurring. This means that every month (or 3, 6, 12 months depending on your selection), your payment is made automatically to us. That lets you be sure that you won't lose access to the game and you don't have to worry about remembering to pay !
* Why should I pay by PayByCash?
PayByCash accepts an extremely large variety of payment methods; the French Carte Bleue, prepaid cards, Maestro, cash through the mail, and even bank transfers. On the other hand, they do add a processing charge which will mean that you pay extra on top of your subscription fee. As well as this, you cannot set a recurring payment with many of their methods, which means that it's up to you to remember to pay again before the end of your subscription. With the wide variety of payment methods, there comes a wide variety of validation times as well, so you might risk being caught out and temporarily losing access to the game.
