Two Thumbs Up for Nevrax!!!!

Ok so after the patch the other day I was unable to log my main into the game. I kept getting Access Violation Errors while trying to enter the world. I sent the report to support. GMRecon responded quickly and politely and asked for the DxDiag Report and gave deatiled instructions on how to do it.
GMRecon asked me to make sure I was on OpenGL which I already was so I decided to see if I could create a new character and log in. And that worked. Which led the support to believe that my character was stuck. They(GmRecon) asked me to petition a GM from my other toon and see if he could get my main unstuck. I did that and GMRekhan responded. We tried twice with no luck to get my character unstuck. I had to go to work but I decided to email Recon again with an update.
He replied again almost immediately to ask for ingame support when I was on next to see if they could get it. I tried again and this time GMAzarkan (spelling Im not sure but thats close to it) tried and still we could not get it unstuck.... At this point about 2 hours ago I decided to uninstall the game and reinstall figuring maybe just maybe I had a corrupted file or something that was causing the issue. Instant access back into the game with my main.
Now you might ask why I am saying two thumbs up for Nevrax....? Throughout the whole process they were extremely polite, extremely quick and helpful. They might not have figured out the issue and I hope that I never have to use support again but if I must I am confident that I will get a polite quick response. These guys rock. All to often we see posts of the opposite and I think its time that when they do something right the community and maybe their bosses hear about it.
I am a veteran MMO player and I can say with 100% assurance this has been the most pleasurable experience I have had with a technical support team. Kepp up the good work guys, it doesnt go unnoticed.
