game willl not load

I am not on vista i do not have a firewall and i have deleted the save files but the game still gets stuck when loading and just sits their.

Could you supply us with more information please.
- stuck where? after character selection? before? as soon as you click ryzom icon? is there an error message?
- do you have a router that may be blocking connection? are you on a university connection? are you on a shared wireless connection?
- do you have anti virus or intrusion detection software running?
- are you on a laptop using intel or ati mobility video card?
