All this mystery, and some clues.
It was very very exciting, and to see all those players in the middle of the day! (well, the middle of MY day.)
It was so fun to see Xap again..I can't believe how long ago it was, as I watch that first film of his!

So, I wonder if we will get a glimpse into the meeting they had.
Did someone spy on what they said?

I watched what happened, thanks to your simulcast, and it does seem to me that the government must be doing some *very special* trading.
The question then becomes, if there was the necessity to transport a "special item" from the desert to the Lake Lands, why take it through Prime Roots? Yes, the route is the shortest one, but it is far from the safest, especially if it is large enough that it must be carried by Mektoub.
The only answer that I can see is that there was a reason to move as rapidly as possible and a reason to keep the knowledge of this "special object" from both the Karavan and the Kami. It is clear that the Kitin had some wind of it, given what Riffy reported, and that the Kitin either want the object or at the very least do not want us to have it.
If they want and can make use of the object, then I fear that it is lost. If they cannot use it and only wish to keep hominkind from having it, then there may yet be hope.
In the meantime the Tryker leader has sequestered Riffy. You can be sure that the only reason we will hear more is that there is a danger that requires action by all homins, otherwise the Kara-loving Tryker will attempt to hoard whatever benefits may come for themselves.

Even if sharing is one of their intrinsect values ?
I think I already know what it is (curiosity is a bad habit of mine, but since I'll be missing the event anyway, this time, knowing beforehands what it is about spares me the frustration of really having missed something) I don't want to spoil the event for those who don't speak French.
Enjoy the incoming events and put some effort into it, I think the roleplayers and lore-addicts will be happy. And please squash some of those eeeevil critters for me.

Yes, she is Governor, but she also holds the title Lady of Loria as she is a direct descendant of Loria.
Her bio and election speech can be found
here.
As for Loria herself, I can only find partial mention of the legend
here.
The German forum has a better version of the
legend.

Its so obvious you never played with me lol... I would have bugged you constantly untill you hunted with me, and you wouldn't be a 'noob' anymore
... And don't think you'd be able to resist, I've had some of the most stubborn people I ever knew ingame (Amb I miss ya
) think that, Then they stopped digging and came and hunted (Tho amb did take a few days of constant bugging lol).

The Tryker are, as stated in the lore, "ruled" (as if you could rule a bunch of yubos
) by a council, with the Governor as its head. So she´ll be in fact a representative of the people I guess

I'll put my dappers on a loose translation of French to Engrish.
