Maybe it is just me but why is the Feedback forum still locked ?
I cannot post in it.

Which means you can only answer the existing thread, not post new ones.

Talk to a mod, i would imagine. The feedback forum was created for feedback on upcoming patches/development. There is a thread that is called what bothers you the most. I am not sure how much attention that thread gets but is a place for you to rant if you care to.
