Nobody really knows how much it's going to cost per month and what the payment methods will be. There is only a lot of speculation. We should get an official announcement by December 31 on that specific matter. In the mean time, enjoy the game and decide for yourself if you're willing to pay for it or not.

I would hazard a guess at less than €15 per month. This is just a guess though.
