How many people have switched to naked?

I'm finding that naked is best.
Esp with the decay rates for grouping. I find it much easier to just Tank naked.
Then I started traveling naked, since I don't want to waste my armor on baying gingos and the other lessor citizines of the realm.
Then I started Soloing naked, (because I forgot to reequip my armor)
Seems to me, that armor doesn't make the difference it should if Naked is a preferred alternative.

Hasn't been much of a problem wearing heavy armor into the 30s with melee, but I hear the issues are for 50+. Clearly this has to be fixed. While the female toons definitely look good without clothing, it's not a very logical way to design a game.

I run around nake when in the PRs .. but I try not to outside of there. I have been the last few days just because I only have my heavy armour in my inv and I am not harvesting in heavy armour! ... I am waiting for my white and black light armour so I can harvest in style

Haven't had to do that. The armor and weapons seem to last me a good long while. I've never had anything break.
Now, I'm not going and challenging the hardest monsters I can possibly take all the time, so that may be helping some. I think if some people want to play the "high end/high risk" game, they may need to accept that items will become more damaged in the process.
Of course, I haven't seen the problem first hand, so I don't know exactly how bad it is, but it really sounds like a problem for maybe <1% of the players.

Its fairly amusing to lose all your armor in a matter of three minutes. I went from nice and covered up in my light armor to being so... exposed *shiver*
I suppose going naked would make stuff wear out less, but I don't really like going around in the nude...

Only in the prime roots. Otherwise the clothes don't come off.

You know, that this conversation is EVEN occuring is absolutely ridiculous! And this is not 'beta testing' material here, folks. This is pre-alpha design flaws. Everyone that purchased this game deserves a partial refund, if they desire it. This, in my mind, is one of the ultimates in retailing an unfinished, untested product. The development team is rivaling the FDA with its inept testing of pharmaceuticals before they go to market. Just plain disgusting.

Oh c'mon.. Give me a break. That's rather melodramatic, isn't it?
Are you able to connect to the game? Yes.
Are you able to play the game? Yes.
Does it stop you from playing? No.
Does it result in the game, or your system, crashing? No.
Has Nevrax acknowledged the issue? Yes.
Are they fixing it? Yes.
Is it going to be a problem in the long term? No.
Is it worth going into a tirade over, demanding refunds? No.
Is it deserving of a refund? No.
I mean, I understand the frustration over the issue, and it has been discussed many times already. Cerest has noted that they know it's an issue, he has said he will "nudge" the appropriate parties to push it up in priority, and we're getting an additional free week of play before we're billed in return for being patient and supportive while they iron everything out.
I think you need to lighten up and look at the situation for what it is... a temporary inconvenience - in a *game*.
Personally, I find it pretty funny.. a bunch of naked warriors running around. Too bad I haven't had the chance to see it myself. If I were in-game and witnessed it, I'd try to gather everyone together for a group photo and post it on a fan-site.
It's a temporary inconvenience, not a life-halting tragedy.
