Dear Players,

As you may have noticed, the game servers have crashed twice in the past week. The reason was the same both times and we strongly believe that it is a problem with one of the servers we have with the hosting company.

While we wait for a suitable explanation from the hosting company, we have moved the data stored on that server to a new one. Because the problem is not directly related to the Ryzom code itself, we hope this will prevent any further crashes.

We would very much like to apologise for the inconvenience that this has caused you, and we hope that it is now fully resolved. We will keep you updated on any further developments.
