Just a quick question

I am downloading some sort of trial and am wondering if this is enough to play normally or so I need to buy some full game along the way.

Also are there any other fees associated with the game. I've been told its free but would like to check this.

It is free while they work on improvements to the game, devs say at least till the end of October, it could become pay to play after that. You don't need anything except the free download.
