Actually, I have a hard time finding the CoC atm too.. But the CSR's keep refering to it, so it has to be there. As no proffesional CSR would refer to a part of a legally binding contract (EULA), which didnt exist. Because, as far as I know, that would be illegal.

Which means, the fact that the only code of conduct link on the webpage, now leads back to the news section must clearly be a bug/mistake.

Just a random thought here...

Because we are in the 'testing phase' and as such are not paying for this service does the ELUA/CoC not stand? (so to speak)

I really can't remember if in the past you had to agree to it at login/character creation/payment of subs. (its been a while)

The link to the Terms of Service (including the EULA and CoC) is at the bottom of every page on the mainsite, and has been since we relaunched the website :)

The internal links at the top of the policies page are broken.

For example,
...policies#legal_codeofconduct
should be
...policies.html#legal_codeofconduct
