Loading or ?

Heya all ! My father played before 2-days and everything was ok. But now .... dont know why the game loading 15mins and nothing happened it comes to the last "triangle" at the loading screen and i waited 15mins to load but nothing ... and i "end Task" it from the Task Manager ... Can u help me please? Before the game loading for 5mins max but now its aweful ? Thank you in advance!
