Newbie here... Can't connect to game ?

Hey guys,

Wanted to try this game as it has a high rating on MMORPG. Installed it, configured it, but when I hit 'connect' after having typed in my username and password in the first window after splash screen, I get an error. Could it be that the servers are down ?

Uninstalled then re-installed the game, and now it works... Strange but at least I ll be able to try it tonight.

Maybe it was a configuration issue. Using a router?
