Hello who do i talk to about a account i had 2 years ago here. and i cant remember the login and password for it. Is there something i can do.

Exactly the same thing i want to know also, trie mailing, but to avail...yet.

I also need to know the same thing. If i had the username i would be able to login as i would know the PW.

Email support-ee@ryzom.com, PM me on the forums, or send an ingame ticket with an explanation of the issue and the following information :

* Account name
* Full real name of account holder
* Email address the account is registered to
* Date of birth of the account holder
* Address of account holder
* Characters on the account (if known)

did you send them a alt e-mail adress so they can send contact you in as they cant send through a pm because of your trail account
