Game notes

trying to be constructive now that I see the game with somewhat a fresh eye:

- the teleporting animation doesn't work for me, was it removed or it is a bug?
- camera distance needs to be a little higher (officially higher I mean :P )
- would be nice to have a small enchantment window where to see how charged is the weapn/amp and click to recharge.
- the way marks are made on the maps needs revising, it takes way too long to load if you are a maps maniac like me and have tribes, digging spots, landscapes, tps and what not on your maps.

P.S. I continue to be amazed of how good Ryzom still can be using rather modest resources and a small client. Come think of it, people with 20 gigs or more of a client don't have such a smooth working world ... and that's after 5 years since it was developped and expecting the customer with much stronger computing and graphic capabilities.

I used to play ryzom on a PIII 1.2 g, RAM 500mb and a NVIDIA 4600. With no problems ever. A great client.

I don't remember that being implemented :O

when you broke a tp pact wasn't some sort of animation?

Nope, but there exists an animation/effect for the teleportation itself.

twice today on seperate logins, i couldnt scroll up (only down) the guild inventory using the mouse wheel, all other inventories worked fine. probably just me, but it was v annoying. can anyone confirm or deny?

pvp isnt working in umbra if its no bug remove the multispots...

Am I the only one who notices a delay between the moment you click an action and the moment it happens ?

Also... Runtime Error is still happening when putting on a flag while compass is not pointing North.

Oh and aside from that Runtime Error, I didn't get any random crash yet. :D

When it happens, just resize the window increasing the height a bit. It should fix it. The same when it happens to chat windows.

x Kalindra:

no delay for me, have you checked your ping? Maybe you were having some sort of bad conn.
Other errors I can't tell. I never crashed when putting a landmark, a bit lucky maybe.
