In reality that means, that all you underlings need to pay me the rent for the tax'es unpaid while the game was in downtime.

So all residents of arispotle owe's me 10 000 000 dappers, and that can be paid to my High Officer, Sherkalyn ingame.

That's really awesome of you to get that money from them for me. Btw, since I'm the Owner of the Universe (which is obviously higher-up than the King of the Universe, I bought the universe last year from a guy under a bridge), you'll need to get at least 1 000 000 000 dappers, which are reserved to be given to me.
