Support question...

I saw some threads about a Fix file but can not see any link for it anywhere....
1 - So I would assume this has been emailed to VIP player..
Please confirm if correct or not (or where is it)
2 - Having ran out of credit card (bank forgot to send new one before deadline) about 2 or 3 weeks before game become free (end August for me); will I still be able to run that fix when servers open to new players and to keep my chara as it was a month before GF stopped new subs....

As mentioned
here, accounts will be able to be reactivated at some point in the future.

Yeah thanks Boroshi. I was worried about expired accounts myself. Clarification much appreciated. Now if only magical CSR powers would allow us to post on our accounts anyway. ><

well i just hope my other account that has Aazee and Zeele on becomes VIP as my sub ran out on the day the servers turned off

I am hoping to be able to reactivate my paid account as well when the servers go live. My real account is "blocked" right now and I think it is due to my credit card expiring when my sub ran out

Boroshi and Daestny have been and probably will by my favorite CSR's GM's in the game, always enjoyed sending them pm's greeting them brightly whenever I saw their message in Universe chat.. just a bit unsettling when your out in the middle of nowhere, and they teleport right behind where your wiping out kitens or such..
Such a teleport would love to be able to do that..

On too what was saying THANK YOU Boroshi and 'team' for not losing us, even if we were not subbed at the time of shutdown...
Was going to, but bills in IRL always before bills in Game...Family has to be taken care of..
But will sub again asap promise
