You probably made it up indeed. Comicon is in US, SunCe is Sweden atm for a wedding (not his own, hehe).

I didn't go to comicon, but I definetly watched it on G4 TV. I'm actually not a big fan of the comic book thing. I prefer anime conventions myself, or gaming conventions. E3 was nice on G4 TV as well.

Jealous that you went tho. Still would have been a blast, tho all my cosplay outfits would have been anime related

this is the first year ive gone.. lived in san diego for 4 years or so.. so it was about time.. i was pretty happy it was more than just comic books... they had gaming, anime, figures like kidrobot, gama-go, dunny's, etc.. ive never been to an anime convention or anything similar.. so i wouldnt know how this one compares.. im sure this was more of "a little of everything" type of convention.... but they did have a mess of stuff... one of the conference areas was dedicated to anime.. probably 30-40 movies/series being shown. we didnt make it to the masquerade but there were plenty of people still dressed up.. the coolest costume i saw was lockjaw from he-man.. it looked professionally done. oh ya and quailman from Doug. haha

anyways.. just curious to see if anyone had gone.
