For those of you who can't read French what this basically says is that a player proposed a contest between the three servers to make a new frontpage image; one person put an image forward and it showed up on the frontpage on it's own.

That might be true but... Copyright is a serious force in nowadays world and if it's indeed a random paper then why put the "eye design" logo?
