Help, i can't play!

Hello.
I donwloaded the game and i had a lot of problems to download it, but al least i have it. And now i have another problem that i don't know how to mend. I create a Caracter to play and when i finish, I click to play and nothing happens. I donwloaded the full version so... No patch is loading... Don't understand...
