Redcaps

Brought up on the mean streets of Avendale this band of urchins learned to survive at an early age. These tough beginnings hardened them into a closely knit group and triggered the formation of a crack mercenary unit, cutting a swathe across the Tryker lakes.
Each Redcap knows he can rely on his teammates in the direst of circumstances: to take the hit for him if he's close to death, to run in to resurrect him before he respawns, to make sure the loot is divided fairly, to make sure he has the equipment he needs to do the job and to stand with him when the Kitins come.
Are we recruiting?
Only to a select few who show promise.
How do I apply?
Find a member in game. Ask around on region chat around the major towns in Tryker and someone will contact you.
Whats the first step?
Group with us and let us see what you're made of.
Any tips for prospective members?
Have a sense of humour.

Ahhh another guild that selects quality over qauntity.
I wish you the very best of luck with your guild and look forward to seeing Redcaps out and about in game.

thanks - we're definitely concentrating on build a group of good people, rather than just as many as we can sign up.

To make it easier:
If you're interested in joining us, then group with us on an activity - can be hunting or foraging, crafting or just exploring.
/tell Fidget, Strutter, Ogg or Randall in game (all have power to recruit) and we'll let you know who in the guild's currently engaged in similar activities. If we get along - you're in!
(strong nationalistic views whilst not a requirement are well regarded by certain members of the guild)

well iv'e joined the redcaps and although i had some ribbing about being big and blue with a mask - generally the tykers accepted me with open arms.
good active small guild with lots of chat

Nice to see another Tryker guild around. Should be 5+ now. Order by # of members as far as i am aware of them:
Evolution (Sky)
Ravens (Bladezero)
Desert Ghosts (Zella)
Redcaps (who is guild leader?)
2-3 smaller guild i don't know neither leader nor name.

There's also "Illuminati", and I think Menatarms is the leader. And mine which has a huge amount of players... 0 (me included, ...)

we regularly fight over who is group leader
currently its Ogg who assumed power through unknown machinations (misclick) after Strutter abdicated but will probably shift to Fidget or Tomo in the near future.
Unless someone with drive and ambition joins up in which case it might get dumped on them.
