I just paid for Ryzom for 6 Months in August, Yet you are not Keeping Arispotle open to players!!!

Since you dont not want to keep the game running for the American/English speaking community can I have my 6 months I just paid back Please??

You said you were giving us one month Free, but We cant even play the game. Log in and get a pulsating FS Lost on the network box, You try to walk and in 5 mintues you have traveled from stables in Yrk to front gate. If even that far. Hit slash Who and no other name shows up. Hit slask who gm and it shows not GMs or CSR on duty.

Either get the server up or give me my money back!

The free time refers to the fact that a non-existent company cannot collect fees.

If you read your EULA it says that there are no refunds no matter what.
That and the fact that they make no guarantee to keep the game up and running.
Every company has those clauses in their license agreements.

And GameForge France being insolvent means that there is no company to collect any refund from since customers are rarely thought of as creditors.

Regardless of what the EULA says, I agree with Ariwen and would like my subs paid back too. Three free weeks of not being able to play doesn't make up for the months of subs I paid just before the game went into receivership.

The silence that came for weeks before the news of receivership just makes it look like Gameforge knew where the game was going but didn't bother telling anyone. And then the membership section of the website going down for days before the receivership statement was rediculous too. Telling CSR's to tell us it was just a bug and would be back up on the Monday was just lies in my opinion.

There is no money to get back as the company called 'GameForge France' doesn't exist anymore.
The only way you can attempt it is to register with the liquidator as a creditor.

And when you click on the 'accept' button you agree to the terms and conditions of the EULA. So you agree to waive any right to a refund as stated in said license. Sorry folks: No money for you!

What do you think we are??? Ignorant?? we know that we will never see that money again, so why try and explain something when we derserve the right to complain??

If you are going to get picky then perhaps you should rephrase things to match your punctuation or change your punctuation to match your question

You took a risk, made a leap of faith when you paid money for a subscription longer than a month. Accept that.

No Katriell, we are complaining because there is something to complain about, and Bearbear (whoever you are) we have been playing for 3 years, give us some credit for being able to read the EULA.

You would be amazed at how small a minority it is that has actually read their license agreements. But they all seem to be experts on the matter.
